Tony Mason - CEO

Tony has a clear and focused vision, which is to "Train to Gain" To achieve this, he has head hunted for the right people to always deliver and ensure a quality service. A solid background in Security of over 25 years in manned guarding at frontline and senior management. Tony has also worked in Close protection and Door supervision, spending many years prior to this as a Service manager also a customer service based role. Tony is personally responsible for the training of hundreds of security personnel working in the field for various companies to this very day.

Nicky Mason - CEO

Nicky has worked in the security industry for over ten years and has gained vast experience across a multitude of different jobs. Initially a cover guard Nicky worked herself up to supervisor, manager and eventually co-owner and CEO of MAS alongside Tony. Nicky's experience ranges from night clubs, private weddings, parties in private houses, county fairs, horse shows and festivals where she organised, manned and managed them herself. All this has left Nicky with extensive knowledge of the industry and a great understanding of how to identify weak points and how to reinforce them. Nicky has a very hands-on approach to problem solving and is an asset to the company.
